Duka Yangu provides tools to create and operate an online store, including store hosting, design templates, product management and centralized payment collection. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
There are no setup or subscription fees. Duka Yangu charges a platform fee of 15% on each completed sale made through your store. This fee covers hosting, payment processing, security and support. The remaining balance of each sale is settled to you.
Customer payments are collected centrally by Duka Yangu (including via M-Pesa) on your behalf. Your earnings, net of the platform fee, are paid out to the settlement account you provide. You are responsible for keeping your settlement details accurate.
You are responsible for the products you sell, the accuracy of your listings, fulfilling orders promptly, and complying with applicable laws. Products that are illegal, counterfeit or harmful are not permitted on the platform.
Keep your login credentials secure. You may sign in with an email and password or with your Google account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that are used fraudulently.
We may update these terms or the platform fee from time to time. We will give notice of material changes, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
